人與人之間的尊重
某程度上反映你是一個怎樣的人
是一個值得尊重的人嗎
還是會給人那種"怪不得你是這個樣子"的感覺
又或是"狗眼看人低"的自卑心作祟,先下手為強??

從來沒有仔細研究respect的definition
原來esteem也佔上一席位
知道什麼是self esteem嗎?

self esteem高的人懂得尊重自己,繼而推己及人
而自我形象低落的人
只有不時啟動defense mechanism
無時無刻也在fight mode,怎會學懂什麼叫尊重

為自己塑造一個想要別人如何對待你的形象/印象
由最基本的做起: polite greeting
然後才說: quality 吧!
